My thoughts are mixed about this article, Why would they exclude deathrow because of lack of DNA evidence but remove innocent people from the free world for incarceration and or death, and who's to say who is innocent and who is guilty? They go off the record, finding a few men believed to be guilty but proven innocent because of DNA does not mean its the same case for everyone. The piece states capital punishment is a system that preys on the poor and executes the innocent. Lack of evidence can leave an innocent man in the ground or a dangerous man on the streets and that is truly not right.
